Medical Record Scanning
ScanMyCharts will take all of your paper charts and convert them into electronic format. All you need to do is pack up your charts. We will pick them up, scan them, and then you will be able to access your files from anywhere, at any time.
We keep your scanned electronic chart organized in the same manner as your paper chart. This way, you’ll know exactly how to navigate it and find all of your important data. Our scanning software will also use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to turn your paper documents into searchable text. If you are interested in EMR software, we can also provide you with a solution that suits your practice. Once you have your charts scanned, and your EMR up and running, ScanMyCharts can also help you integrated your scanned paper charts into your EMR software. The electronic charts maintain the same structure has your paper charts and they can be linked to your patients' records within your EMR software.
Document scanning also works great for images. Your paper image files can be scanned and stored electronically. Like the electronic chart, your digital image file can also be incorporated with your EMR and linked to your patient record
Document Storage
We also provide document storage. We can host them on our site and you can access them remotely, or we can provide you with the file and you can host them on your own station. We can also provide storage space for your old paper charts - and you can access them whenever you wish.
